FOR TRANSFEREES in Grades  1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6

 Application  will  be entertained  starting  2nd Week of April. 2015  ONWARDS UNTIL  ALL SLOTS ARE FILLED-UP.

Who are qualified to apply FOR GRADE ONE?

1.  Children who were born in 2008.
2. Children who were born from January to November 2009.

 

FOR GRADE ONE APPLICANTS:

 

In the absence of the confirmation for promotion to Grade One, a certificate that the pupil will be promoted to Grade One after completion of his/her present grade level is required.

2. Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate  (preferably NSO copy please)

3. Preferably with a Certified True Copy of Baptismal Certificate

4. FOR  GRADES  2  TO  6  QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FOR ADMISSION: Completion   and   submission   of  the GBHFI Elementary School Recommendation Form.  Said form must be duly accomplished and certified by an authorized school personnel.
